Sunfish Services are pleased to share that we have passed the Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
Cyber Essentials is a government-backed scheme that originated in 2014 and is designed to demonstrate appropriate security and defences in line with current guidance. The goal of Cyber Essentials is to help organisations protect themselves against the most common cyber threats and showcase a commitment to data security.
What is Cyber Essentials Plus?
Cyber Essentials Plus is an additional certification that can be obtained once the Cyber Essentials assessment has been completed and awarded.
Cyber Essentials Plus involves internal and external vulnerability tests to ensure computer systems are secure and protected from potential cyber security risks. The Cyber Essentials accreditation can help to prevent up to 80% of common cyber attacks, and ensures that we remain compliant with UK GDPR 2021 and DPA 2018.
